INJECTION PUMP
Penyebab utama dari Injection Pump HARUS Di Service adalah kontaminasi dari sistem bahan bakar, kotor  / atau korosi akibat uap air di bahan bakar.  BahanBakar kinerja pompa dapat dipengaruhi oleh partikel  10 mikron (0.01mm).
Injection Pump yang bermasalah dapat menyebabkan:
  • Bahan Bakar tekanan drop
  • Lean campuran
  • Kinerja yang buruk
  • Semburan air pada rpm mesin tinggi
  • Kebisingan yang berlebihan (biasanya berhubungan dengan bahan bakar yang terkontaminasi)

c. CHECK HOUSING PRESSURE FOR 8.5-13.5 PSI, (59-93 kPa)
 7. 1700 RPM (WOT): SET ADVANCE TRIMMER SCREW FOR 0.75°.
 8. 300 RPM (WOT): WITH SUPPLY PUMP ON, UNSCREW ADVANCE CAP

SHAFT. SLOWLY ROTATE TOOL CLOCKWISE UNTIL ROLLERS
STRIKE CAM RING AND TOOL STOPS, SCRIBE LINE ON
HOUSING FLANGE. REPEAT PROCEDURE TO ENSURE
ACCURACY. IF INTERFERENCE BETWEEN STRAIGHT EDGE AND
HOUSING FLANGE OCCURS, PLACE WASHER (i.e. 13521)
BETWEEN STRAIGHT EDGE AND TOOL.
